It’s now Time to C.A.R.E for our employees and their wellbeing. Agency life is currently changed forever. Over a quarter of marcoms professionals say their job is very stressful. And only half feel their employer take the mental health and wellbeing of their employees seriously.

My Time to C.A.R.E training course is a four week, four module programme. Through this course your employees, your people will deal with work better, they will deal with life better and it will help them press play instead of procrastinate on pause. We have to help support and nurture the people in our care. Now is the time. 

This is a practical, no jargon programme delivered for groups up to ten employees. Delivered through an online platform with a mixture of online video tutorials, workbooks and a weekly coaching catch-up call; the course provides agency employees with hints, tips and tactics to build their resilience; all the time helping their wellbeing and sense of self.

The course and homework can be done in the delegate’s own time - or part of the agency's wellbeing framework; such as an hour on wellbeing Wednesday. It doesn’t take long to bring some wellbeing into your schedule.

Just like we tell our clients, we can’t create a brand overnight; we can’t adopt new habits, reframe our thoughts and change the way we process information in one day. It takes consistency, effort, a bit of discipline and some care. 

This course looks after the individual. It will provide hints, tips and practical strategies to help individuals commit to their own C.A.R.E through choice, application, reasons to believe and expectation.
