Mindset Squared.

Mindset Squared is her, 90 minute fast paced practical keynote providing the audience with an approach and framework for maximising sales, for supercharging performance and understanding the power of a success mindset.

The pacey keynote provides the audience with an opportunity to speed date with their own mindset...because placing mindset at the heart of performance turns the WHAT an individual needs to do into the HOW to do it.

Within the presentation, Sarah covers the power of self-awareness, turning that knowledge into self-management, understanding behavioural loops, and turning that into powerful strategies for success. Sarah brings her NLP practitioner training into a business setting providing the audience with the knowledge, skills and understanding to maximise and build on relationships to supercharge performance.

Mindset Squared allows the audience to consider a different way of thinking, a different approach because we can’t look at a sales performance mindset without considering the role of potential customers and the people around – understanding their why combined with your how is a powerful combination.

The presentation combines knowledge with practical workbooks for the audience allowing them to do the work in the room looking at the mindset impact model; how thoughts affect feelings influencing behaviour impacting results.”

Sarah has provided this keynote training to global audiences.

  • “Thank you for your presentation. Very insightful ideas on mindset, which I think some of my Spanish colleagues were pleasantly surprised to find themselves talking about and discussing over the dinner table just now. Much to put into practice and tripwires to lay down.”

  • “Great talk by Sarah at MancTechFest on company culture when scaling up business. Fascinating insight into challenges leaders face when defining / scaling culture "elastically"; brings to life great work.”

If you’re interested in booking Sarah to speak at an event, in your office, for your network, get in touch for a chat.

“If you're looking for a lively and engaging speaker to work with you and your team, then look no further than Sarah. Sarah ran a super online event for the PRCA with PR leaders across the north of England, exploring how we manage the stress levels of the people in our care as well as importantly, our own stress levels.

She is a natural and eloquent communicator, who puts the audience at ease and manages to encourage them to participate in the sessions (which is an especially hard task when online!).

Sarah has extensive knowledge of nurturing staff, developing skills, exploring their wellbeing, and evolving cultures with organisations - which I'd say are vitally important areas for any business to focus on in 2021.”

 Women in Business.

Women aren’t always true to themselves, we can struggle with what our voice should be, how we build our personal impact strategies.

Attempting to live up to organisational and societal norms and expectations, our behaviours can sometimes go against their own values leaving us strangled and without a relevant voice. It takes a hell of a lot of energy to behave in ways that are out of sync with our true values, priorities, hopes, characteristics, and style.

The energy expended trying to come across as something you are not is energy unavailable for work, for personal lives, for ambition for thriving.

We also know women, more so than men, don’t like to shout about their achievements. It’s difficult to develop capabilities when you are suppressing your true values and style or are distracted by inner conflict.

This is why it’s important for women to support women and think about how we champion each other, in an authentic,  positive and respectful way. And why I am so passionate about development programmes, mentoring and coaching women.

  • “I’ve never had training like this before in my previous position. I’ve taken away that we are all different and that there are many different views out there - but mainly I’m really impressed by this course as I’ve never had anything like this before in my previous position. I feel more prepared to deal with certain things I don’t want to do so thank you.”

    – Karen; course delegate, Women in Leadership programme

  • “The course was eye-opening and Sarah held some honest, and most importantly, fun conversations. We laughed a lot, shared some highs and lows with each other and Sarah taught us to focus on the small wins, and dig deep to find the ‘true’ reason for what we wanted to achieve.”

    – Nicky, Women in Leadership programme

  • "Your workshop had me completely gripped; so human, so relatable. Everyone has taken things away."

  • “The way you talked in such an open, relaxed manner with humour that was honest and self-deprecating at times was so refreshing. I like your style. You seem like 'my kinda woman' especially the nutella round the rim of a glass of wine!”

    – Laura Bayliss, FreelanceHER

  • "Delivery was fab. You really made me smile at the end of a long day.”
