Crack On, With Permission

A 1.5 day Practice Co-Lab where you will find your fire and create the conditions for you to thrive.

It’s time to redefine the rules.

Co-hosted by Jillian Reilly, author of Ten Permission and Sarah Knight, award-winning leadership coach with guest expert Emily McGuirk.

29–30 March | Coombe Abbey
Limited to 20 women

I’ve waited long enough.
I’ve done the right things.
I’ve held it together.
I’ve cracked on, on autopilot..

Crack On, With Permission is the moment you stop waiting for permission and start authorising yourself to thrive again.

This is your permission slip

The permission to stop asking for approval.

To stop performing confidence. To stop limiting your potential, your impact, your worth.

The permission to stop proving you deserve to be in the room.
To own your worth and back your authority.
The permission to choose yourself, deliberately and without apology.
To name what you want and start designing a life where you can have it.

To create a practice of self-direction, self-permission and agency.

What changes when you give yourself permission

Over these two days you will:

• Strengthen decision making without over explaining or over consulting
• Reclaim your lived experience as strategic advantage
• Practise authorising yourself instead of waiting to be chosen
• Create clarity about what you are saying yes and no to
• Reignite your fire without burning yourself out

Why this is a Practice Co-Lab

This is not about being taught how to feel confident.

It’s about practising what it feels like to give yourself permission to create the life you want, not the one you think you’re supposed to have. To create the conditions for yourself to thrive and crucially practice how that might feel. To practice moving from a workhorse mindset of over-delivering and over-functioning to owning your worth with the practice of self-permission knowing what your value is and living it out loud.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

• You are a senior leader, founder or business owner
• You carry real responsibility and make real decisions
• You look confident on the outside and question yourself on the inside
• Your path has been non linear and full of adaptation
• You are tired of cracking on by default
• You are ready to crack on on purpose

What you will leave with

A more grounded sense of authority and internal confidence
One clear permission you are practising
The practice of how to move forward backing yourself and your worth
A 30 day plan that supports self-direction rather
Language to describe your value without shrinking

This is how you find your fire and keep it.

Who is holding the space

Sarah Knight

Sarah Knight is a leadership coach, speaker and champion for experienced women in business at the point where ambition, responsibility and real life collide. With over two decades in leadership development, culture and coaching, she’s known for creating psychologically safe, high-impact spaces where real conversations spark meaningful change.

Founder of FoundHer Fire and host of the award-winning podcast It’s Got Pockets, Sarah blends behavioural science with lived experience to help women who are “not done yet” redefine how they want to lead and live. Clients describe her as direct, empathetic and practical — bringing clarity, courage and challenge without judgement. Her mission: help women stop waiting to be picked and back themselves into their next chapter.

Jillian Reilly

Jillian is a writer, creator of The Ten Permissions, and a leading voice on permission as a lived, practical skill. Working where self-development meets social disruption, she helps people rewrite the rules of adulthood and leadership for an unpredictable world.

With over 30 years’ global experience — from the HIV/AIDS frontlines in Southern Africa to executive coaching in London — Jillian teaches that growth begins with giving yourself permission. Her work, including the book The Ten Permissions, her TEDx talk and the Ford Foundation–funded podcast Courageous Conversations, centres on navigating uncertainty with clarity, courage and creativity.

Today, she speaks, writes and consults to help individuals and institutions unlearn outdated scripts and thrive in the world as it is, not as it was.

Emily is a specialist in confident communication, credibility and visibility, helping women own their voice without performance. She works with organisations and individuals to build teams who speak with clarity and authority — whether presenting, pitching or connecting with clients.

A trained actress, award-winning business owner and experienced facilitator, Emily draws on 15+ years in teaching, performance and public speaking to deliver practical, empowering workshops. Her approach blends performance tools with emotional intelligence to help people manage nerves, speak clearly and build grounded, authentic confidence.

At the core of her work is a simple belief: confidence is a skill every voice can learn. Emily creates safe, energising spaces where people are supported, challenged and encouraged to step into their full potential.
